I did this page as a layout challenge on a private Facebook group. I used my Cricut to cut out the large yellow circle design and I used a black pen to draw dashes around the cut outs. On the background used Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Tinsel, Teal and Yellow. I didn't spray the color shine, but splattered it with the applicator. I also used two types of Thickers to make the title. I love Thickers! I'm pretty sure I have an alpha obsession.
